We do not accept returns/exchanges for items under these categories. If there is an issue with items received due to a company error, we will best resolve the issue. If you have an issue to be resolved, it must be submitted via contact form within 5 days of delivery.



We will only accept an exchange for a different size if items show no signs of wear/alterations. A request for an exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs back to return address.



Due to COVID-19 and for sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges for all other items, (including but not limited to) masks, bonnets, satin/velvet wraps and wig protective bags.
